3rd rule: Help others and teach proper form to others, even the strongest or biggest people in the gym started with little knowledge. Be humble.

4th rule: Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid -Albert Einstein. This also applies in strength training. The 8th rule explains this in another way.

5th rule: Exercise patience and think of longevity.
